No refunds

All Rafiq from your phone subscription payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part. That includes the first month, unused days, and an automatic renewal you didn't notice.

Cancelling only stops future payments

You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account. You won't be charged again, and the service keeps working until the end of the paid period, with no refund for the rest of the month.

Before you subscribe

Make sure Rafiq works on your computer, that the model you want is connected, and that your phone suits the app. The subscription doesn't cover model costs.

Disputes

If you open a dispute or reverse a payment through PayPal or your card's bank, access is suspended until it's settled. PayPal's or the bank's decision applies under their rules.

The only exception

This policy doesn't remove any refund right that the law applying to you requires and doesn't allow you to give up. For questions, write to support@rafiqagent.com.
